When should we see a psychologist? Is it when the world around us collapses or when we have a “burnout” because of systemic stress, is it when our problems have already led to physical and chronic problems and symptoms, is it when fear or addictions have overpowered us and our behaviour has deprived us of those closest to us, or when we just do not know where we are headed?

Preventive psychology or when is the time to go to a psychologist to seek professional help and support in overcoming problematic situations and conflicts, mental fatigue, stress? Yes, it's hard to admit weakness, but seeing a psychologist will answer a lot of questions and help us choose the right behaviour before we suffer a crisis.
